TERMS, RULES & PRIVACY

Our Rules &
Policies

Please read carefully before using our services.
Every ban can be appealed in front of people who do not know who you are.

Rules

What gets you banned

  • •No reverse engineering in order to crack our software (cracking, unpacking, patching or bypassing it).
  • •No spam or flooding, including marketplace flooding, and no malware. These are an instant ban.
  • •No language other than English.
  • •Nothing that breaks the laws of your country.
  • •Nothing that could destroy the site or harm how it works, unless you are reporting the flaw to us.

Found a flaw? Tell us.

Security reports are welcome

  • •You are free to reverse engineer in order to find flaws, but only to report them to an administrator through a support ticket. We are all building this project together.
  • •If you report a flaw, money will be paid out to you.

Marketplace & invites

Selling, cashing out and trading

  • •Only verified marketplace sellers (authorized to upload configs and scripts) can cash out earnings from sales. What you earn selling on the marketplace is yours: after a hold period (7 days) verified sellers can cash out to PayPal or crypto, or spend it on the marketplace. Cash outs carry a 10% fee that covers the conversion; you are paid the euro value of your coins minus the fee (crypto at the exchange rate on the day it is paid).
  • •MidasCoin is an internal currency with a euro value (1 MidasCoin = €0.50 at launch). It cannot be traded between users at another price. Deposited coins, gifts, and cashback can only be spent on the marketplace and cannot be cashed out under any circumstances; only verified sellers cashing out verified marketplace sales earnings can withdraw.
  • •Selling your invites is advised and allowed.
  • •Administrators and moderators cannot officially sell invites. They may give invites away for free.
  • •If you buy an invite or anything else from another user, use a MiddleMan.

MidasCoin price

It can go up, and rarely down

  • •The price can go up. A higher price means you can always earn more money. It goes up if there are too many people on the website, and in that case invites will probably no longer be given for free, and there will be no more invite drops.
  • •In rare cases the price can go down. That means the project is falling: the developers are less interested in it and it gets fewer updates. It is a red flag.
  • •A price change is proposed by an administrator with a written reason, must be approved by every moderator, and takes effect 24 hours after the last approval. The reason is published on the economy page, with the full history of changes. One change moves the price by at most 25%, and there is at least a week between two changes.

Free speech

Say what you think

  • •We are the only site run by developers who love their work, and where customers have the right to say anything and to criticize. Free speech.
  • •Insults are tolerated, including in a ban appeal.

Bans & appeals

Nobody is judged by a single person

Support Ban
You can no longer open or answer support tickets. The rest of your account keeps working.
One appeal is possible, and it is rarely accepted: a two-thirds majority of the reviewing staff must agree to lift it.
User Ban
Your account is suspended.
Two appeals are possible: first the staff tribunal, then, as a last resort, a civil judgment by volunteers followed by a final AI review.

How an appeal works

  • •The banned person files an appeal once, explaining why the ban is unfair. Insults are allowed.
  • •Staff tribunal: half of the moderators and admins are drawn at random. They see the case blind: no username, no avatar, no reputation. Only the reason, the evidence, the appeal text and the launch / HWID history. They vote without seeing each other's votes, and nobody learns who sat on the jury.
  • •Civil judgment (user bans only, one last time): three volunteers who turned "Civil Judgment" on in their settings review the same blind case file.
  • •If at least one of the three civil jurors says the person did nothing wrong, an AI (Gemini) must read these rules and make the final decision. If none do, the ban stands.
  • •Moderators can issue at most 3 bans per day and may attach evidence to every ban.

Moderators

Rules for the staff

  • •Moderators are managed by the admins.
  • •Moderators can appeal bans through the tribunal system. Final bans cannot be applied to moderators.

Where the money goes

Info

  • •Account recovery: two-factor authentication (MFA) restores your password instantly. A recovery email lets you send a request to our team, who check it is you before sending a reset link. If you have neither and lose your account, it cannot be recovered: an admin has no way to verify your identity.
  • •We give back 100% of the revenue by reinvesting it in our project, unless a moderator, an admin or a developer has an urgent need to receive money.
  • •Revenue and payouts will be made public soon after the beta.

The MidasCoin rate, supply and payouts are public on the economy page.

Privacy Policy

What we keep, why, and who else sees it

What we collect

  • •Your account: username, a hashed password (we never store it in clear), an optional recovery email, avatar, role, and the invite you registered with. The recovery email is never verified and the site never sends anything to it: it only lets you ask our team for help, and lets them write to you, if you forget your password.
  • •Sign-in security: for each session, the IP address and browser (user agent) it came from, used to detect an account being shared; and, if you turn them on, your two-factor secret and the public part of your passkeys. We also keep a keyed hash of each IP address your account signs in from (not the address itself). If the account is banned, those hashes are kept for 180 days: a new registration from one of those addresses then has to get through a longer game captcha. A hash cannot be turned back into an address.
  • •Using our products: launch records that link your account, a device identifier (HWID), an IP address and the time. These license your devices and are shown, relabelled, to the people judging a ban appeal.
  • •Orders and subscriptions: what you bought, the payment method (crypto, PayPal or balance) and the amounts. Payments are handled by the payment provider you pick.
  • •What you write: support tickets, marketplace listings and messages, and, if you are banned, the appeal you file.
  • •Moderation records: a ban case file (reason, evidence, type, who issued it by role), the appeals filed for it and their outcome.
  • •MidasCoin: a ledger of every coin movement on your account (cashback, purchases, sales, grants), and, if you cash out, the PayPal email or crypto address you give, the amount, the status and the payment reference.

How we use it

  • •To run your account, verify who you are and keep your licence working on your own devices.
  • •To protect the site from abuse: spam, flooding, malware, account sharing and the other rules above.
  • •To judge ban appeals fairly. Reviewers get a blind case file: no username, no avatar, no IP and no real device identifier.
  • •We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising or third-party analytics on the site.

Who else sees it

  • •Final review by AI: when a civil jury doubts a user ban, the blind case file (reason, evidence, appeal text, launch counts with relabelled devices) and these rules are sent to Google's Gemini API to decide. Your username, id, IP address and real device identifiers are removed first. Text you write in an appeal can still contain personal details, so do not put any in it.
  • •Our hosting and infrastructure providers (currently Cloudflare) run the site and the database. Cloudflare also provides the Turnstile captcha used on login, registration and tickets. Our own game captcha, BoubouV2Captcha, runs on our servers and sends nothing to anyone else; it keeps a record of each run (the levels you were given, whether you passed, a hash of your IP address and a hash of the token).
  • •Staff (moderators and admins) can see what the job requires. Admins can see who a case is about, but not who sat on a jury or how any juror voted.
  • •We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

  • •auth_token: your login session. It is an httpOnly cookie, so scripts on the page cannot read it, and it is only sent to this site.
  • •appeal_session: a short-lived (3 hours) httpOnly cookie that lets a banned account read its case and file an appeal, and nothing else.
  • •A copy of your public profile (name, role, avatar) is kept in your browser storage so pages open faster. It holds no password or session.

Your choices

  • •Civil Judgment is off unless you switch it on in Settings. While it is on, you can be drawn to judge a final appeal; you can turn it off at any time.
  • •You can delete your account from Settings. Records we must keep for payments or to enforce a ban may be kept after that.
  • •Questions or requests about your data: open a ticket from your dashboard.
